By purchasing Cohezly, you receive a non-exclusive license and permission to use the design system & figma library based on the number of purchased licenses.

What You Can Do

✅ Customize Cohezly components to create your own UI components.
✅ Use Cohezly to build unlimited products for yourself, your company, or your clients.
✅ Sell products that include Cohezly components.

What You Can’t Do

❌ Resell or share Cohezly as a design system, UI kit, or template—whether for free or for sale.
❌ Recreate Cohezly in another framework and distribute it.
❌ Use Cohezly to build design or development tools (e.g., tools that help others create UI components).
❌ Use Cohezly to train or fine-tune AI models. This includes machine learning, AI-generated design tools, or automated content generation.

Liability & Ownership

Cohezly's liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the Design system — including third-party claims against you — is limited to a refund of your license fee. Reshaped may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of the Design system.
